This renovation/restoration of a 1717 farmhouse in Bryn Mawr consisted of a new roof, trim and window replacement, the design and build of the post and beam wrap around porch,  fresh paint inside and out.  Historic integrity was maintained through the guidance of Lower Merion Historic Society and Natural Lands Trust.  Pre-Revolution/Historic houses are always considered a special privilege to work on,  this is one of our favorites.
